Course overview

The Beryl Institute defined the Patient Experience as "The sum of all interactions, shaped by an organization's culture, that influence patient perceptions across the continuum of care." How would you rate your organization on their Patient Experience/Education? Do you go the extra mile, or do you just toss them the standard HEP print out? How can we be better as a profession? What details are we missing to make the patient's experience better and thereby make their rehabilitation more successful?
