Dizziness interferes with the everyday activities of 30% of persons over the age of 70. How many times have you received a script that simply read "dizziness"? You think to yourself "Is it age related, medication related, inner ear issues, cranial nerve dysfunction, BPPV symptoms?" That is a lot of variables to weed through for an initial evaluation. But to treat your patient efficiently and effectively, it must be done.
