Course overview

Touch for Health 1 covers the theory and balancing process of how to muscle test to discover muscle/meridian imbalances. Corrections include spinal reflexes, neurolymphatic reflexes, neurovascular holding points, meridian tracing, origin insertion technique, emotional stress release, and muscle nutrition testing. Learn a wide array of skills that can correct muscle under facilitation which is often the underlying cause of compensatory muscle pain and tension. Self help skills and skills to share with clients for stress and pain relief are taught.
