PROGRESS MADE AGAINST COLORETAL CANCER

Course overview

This program will provide nurses with information about the incidence, etiology, identification, and treatment of colorectal carcinoma. Upon completion of this module, nurses should be able to: identify those most at risk for developing colorectal cancer, discuss treatment strategies used for both colon and rectal cancer, and describe toxicities related to treatment and appropriate nursing interventions.
