Post-Pandemic Workplace

Course overview

The course provides 1.25 hours of continuing education for professionals, incorporating media-based video lectures and lesson tests in curricular modules. Coronaviruses, a family of viruses that commonly occur in humans and animals, cause mild to moderate upper-respiratory tract illnesses like the common cold and flu and sometimes lower-respiratory tract illnesses, such as pneumonia or bronchitis. This course covers COVID-19, those at the highest risk of contracting it, its transmission, signs and symptoms, and precautions to prevent and treat it. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we live and work, turning terms like social distancing and quarantine into household words. In the aftermath, the world struggles to create an evolving new normal. This course focuses on how employees can foster flexibility and resilience in the post-pandemic workplace. As we emerge from quarantine and social distancing and adapt to these changing circumstances, organizational leaders will have many new priorities and employee safety issues to consider. As a result, leaders must prepare and enable themselves and their teams to re-establish work routines.
