Discuss the basics of ecotherapy and trauma, introduce models of trauma appropriate for ecotherapy interventions, and learn practices and techniques that are specifically designed to assist in trauma work. This webinar was recorded for the 2nd International Forest Therapy and Wellbeing Summit, hosted by the Forest Therapy Institute, in 2020. Juniper and Holden explore how ecotherapy and nature-based healing modalities can serve to understand, treat, and heal wounds of trauma.
