Personal Support

Course overview

Personal Support is a one-to-one service that provides opportunities for people to increase their independence and connect with their community. Support can include assistance with daily living activities such as eating breakfast or brushing teeth to participating in local events and building relationships with friends. Respite complements Personal Support and provides short-term relief for a person primary caregiver.
