Course overview
The particular style of clinical Shiatsu taught in this course is Shiatsu Anma. Based on the acupuncture energetics of Chines medicine and Japanese massage, Shiatsu Anma addresses painful conditions in the body that stem from stagnation of energy, or chi, within the body's energy system, known as meridians. In this course you will learn the Eastern principles behind disease, the hand and finger techniques to begin the practice of Shiatsu Anma and sequences to alleviate painful conditions due to excessivenes and deficiencies within the body's meridian system.
