Course overview

In this series, you see EFT Trainer, Kathryn Rheem, working with a lesbian couple with a history of alcoholic addiction, bi-directional violence, and childhood trauma. Along with Jennifer Olden, EFT Supervisor, they discuss Kathryn's interventions and the science and reasoning behind each move. This series and corresponding conversation will demonstrate the key elements of EFT and the application of EFT with trauma including stretching each partner's window of tolerance, going a half step at a time through the EFT process, the HOW of creating more intrapsychic flexibility, the importance of focusing on the moments of positive connection, and working with emotion experientially.
