Stress Managment

Course overview

Upon completion of this program participants will be able to identify stressors in the workplace, how to relieve stress, how important humor is in the workplace and how to relieve and manage stress. They will also know how to handle a stressful situation with employees and co-workers. They will be able to identify signs and symptoms of stress in their employees and what to do about stress in the workplace. They will also learn how to organize and reduce stress in their environment.
