This presentation introduces participants to the osteopathic-based positional release work of Ortho-Bionomy. Specific positioning along with slight compression toward the joint stimulate proprioceptive reflexes that unlock muscle tension patterns in seconds. Ortho-Bionomy techniques are gentle yet very effective for acute and chronic pain. These techniques can be easily incorporated into a massage practice.
