This course is based on the updated and revised second edition of The Mindfulness Workbook for Addiction: A Guide to Coping with the Grief, Stress, & Anger That Trigger Addictive Behaviors, 2nd Edition by Rebecca E. Williams, Ph.D. ad Julie S. Kraft, LMFT. The course presents a comprehensive approach to working with clients in recovery from addictive behaviors. This course is unique in that it addresses the underlying loss that clients have experienced that may fuel addictive behaviors.
