Course overview
Improving the quality of care provided and increasing safety are critical goals in any healthcare organization. Key to these initiatives is the promotion of a culture of safety, adherence to national and regulatory standards, and the implementation of standardized process improvement methods. This course aims to educate nurse executives on the standards that govern care quality and methods to how these can be achieved. The goal of this course is to prepare learners in executive nursing roles with knowledge to assist with passing the Nurse Executive, Advanced Certification (NEA-BC) Examination. This course is not affiliated with American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
