Pain Management Options in Pharmacy

Course overview

This course will help pharmacy technicians identify patients with chronic pain and provide details regarding therapeutic options for pain management. Content in this course will also discuss substance use issues stemming from chronic pain medication use. This training will teach pharmacy technicians about opioid, amphetamine, and benzodiazepine addiction and treatments.
