Trigger Point development will be explained and demonstrated using a 3D model of a sarcomere, the contractile unit of a muscle. Migraine headaches will receive special attention and, also what differentiates a migraine from any other type of headache. Each muscle has its own unique and documented pain pattern. Multiple, active TP's at the same time can produce wide ranging and sometimes overlapping symptoms. Treatment protocols ill be demonstrated.
