Course overview
The purpose of this activity is to provide physicians with information regarding optimal evidence-based care for patients with cognitive impairments related to Alzheimer's Disease (AD). The activity describes the definitions, differential diagnosis, and risk factors for AD and other forms of dementia, provides guidance on screening and evaluation, and summarizes current evidence for both non-pharmacological and pharmacological management of cognitive impairment.
