Course overview

Your highly-rated instructor uses analogy, humor and engaging teaching methods to help you learn - and remember - the specific structures of the spine, upper and lower back, proper mechanics of the back and common back injuries, so that you can quickly and accurately assess your clients and identify the source of the pain. You will practice stretches, muscle activation and bodywork techniques to balance the muscles and minimize impact on the back.
