Course overview
The universal emotion of anger can be expressed by an individual in several forms. Whether a person expresses an angry reaction indirectly, passively, or aggressively, each of these forms of anger expression may have negative effects on their life, and the lives of others around them. To prevent the negative effects of anger, it must be quickly recognized and then managed using proven techniques. This course discusses the basic concepts of anger, how it impacts a situation, and what techniques can be used for managing anger in the workplace.
