Course overview
This one-hour, home-study, technical course explores what is a real fear for most of our senior patients: Falling. You will learn just how significant this problem is and learn of a troubling causal link between falling and wearing bifocals and progressive lenses. We briefly delve into Root-Cause Analysis to determine just how much of a contributing factor wearing multifocals is to suffering a fall. Most importantly, we learn about all of the optical solutions to help our senior patients mitigate the risk.
