The Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) and Pediatric Nursing Certification (PED-BC) are required to demonstrate competencies in the domain of growth and development in pediatric patients. This includes knowledge related to the assessment, planning and implementation, health promotion, management of illness, and nursing professional role. The goal of this course is to review the knowledge domains and subdomains specific to growth and development included as part of the Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) and Pediatric Nursing Certification (PED-BC) exams.
