Power of Diversity

Course overview

The most diverse group of people we will probably interact with is in the workplace. It's here we find different backgrounds, beliefs, motivations, and preferences. These differences sometimes lead to difficulties and frustrations. It's within this same environment that we also find strengths. Those who effectively utilize these strengths have discovered the secret to improving interactions between co-workers and the client. This training will explore how to capitalize on the "Power of Diversity" by examining and challenging stereotypical thoughts and beliefs regarding people who are different while learning how to embrace these differences.
