Articles cover what one therapist learned about doing virtual therapy with trauma clients, the potential advantages of doing phone sessions in place of video chat, doing Emotionally Focused Therapy online with a couple, a personal account of restructuring a practice during the COVID pandemic, as well as how to offer coregulation to clients online using a polyvagal approach.
