Course overview
Certified Therapeutic Yoga Practitioners and Teachers will clarify the Anatomy and biomechanical principles underpinning Yoga's effectiveness in treating persons with issues in the spine, shoulder girdle and pelvic girdle. The learner will understand the rationale for use of Yoga in these conditions, identify the basic methodology of Yoga therapy and determine the appropriate use of Yoga therapy for structural conditions.
