VTACH or SVT with aberrancy? We'll use a simple algorithm to get our sensitivity & specificity up when diagnosing VTACH on the rhythm strip and the 12-lead ECG! While the Brugada algorithm is likely not as sensitive and specific as the original studies suggested, it's still likely the best tool we have for detecting VTACH!
