This course examines outcome measures in clinical practice. Through the use of outcome measures, an agency in Canada was ample to implement supervision and training to improve outcomes. The agency as a whole and counselors individually improved. While tracking software was developed, but the true change cam about through the focus of client improved outcomes. They achieved this in three phases: using a routine outcome monitoring tool filled out by the client, an outside consultant was hired to improve outcomes who began with the successful case, then moved on to the unsuccessful cases. A plan for clinical supervisor was then based on the success of the study.
