Course overview

This is part 2 of a 2-part class designed to introduce the learners to an overview of what a surveyor does. This course portion discusses developments, map reading, legal descriptions, and floodplains. Most people (and many Realtors) have a common misconception about what a surveyor does. Part 2* of this course teaches Realtors about property development, understanding legal descriptions, map reading, and an introduction to floodplains. *There is no prerequisite for this course. Survey 101 would be helpful but is not necessary.
