The treatment model focuses on helping those struggling with addiction to empower themselves by recognizing the influence unresolved childhood trauma and neglect has on triggering addictive behaviors. By understanding how past events influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today, these individuals can develop effective strategies to help them stay one step ahead of their addiction.
