This course explores a scholarly definition of spirituality and enumerates the positive benefits of having and practicing a form of spirituality in one's daily life. It also looks at how it can help a person in the throes of various mental health and physical conditions, and how it can aid a person in addiction recovery. Finally, this course offers suggestions to improve one's overall spiritual health.
