Course overview

As a Mental Health Professional who is passionate about helping people, its a common problem to experience burnout due to putting other peoples needs in front of your own. Many clinicians are extremely motivated to provide excellent care to their clients but often at a high personal cost to their own wellbeing, leading to burnout, poor self-care, and codependency issues. This workshop was made to help Mental Health Professionals develop a personalized strategy for better self-care. Because practicing positive self-care will help the clinician to be more at peace with themselves, which also leads to more effective with their patients. This training will also explore the nature of codependency triggers, how to recognize these tendencies, and will develop an action plan for overcoming them. And this will ultimately help clinicians find more peace & satisfaction to live more stress-free in their professional & personal lives.
