This Roundtable Discussion session will open discussion on how mass resignations across the country affect staffing in the laboratory and solutions to address high vacancies in the lab. Topics will include higher sign on bonus (between $5k upwards $20k), increased 401k contributions from employers, increased retirement rates and staffing shortages (salary, bonus, travel techs).
