Course overview

Goal writing can be time consuming for school-based occupational therapy practitioners. Writing effective goals requires collaboration with team members and understanding how a student's adverse effects impact his/her participation in the school setting. Using the student's present levels of performance, occupational therapy practitioners will learn how to write strengths-based, measurable participation focused goals to meet students needs based on national and state education standards.
