Course overview

All interdisciplinary team members play a role in managing fall risk in older adults. In this course, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology professionals will learn the foundations of comprehensive fall risk management including risk factors, evidence-based screening tools, and effective interventions. Each provider's role in direct patient care and team collaboration is demonstrated through case examples.
