Course overview
This course focuses on educating participants on the benefits and contraindications of assisted stretching. Participants will learn a series of assisted stretching exercises that address the full body. Active stretching, Passive stretching, Dynamic stretching, and Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) will be covered. The course offers modifications and variations for each assisted stretching technique covered. The workshop will also offer troubleshooting solutions for common body complaints such as, range of motion issues, hip/knee replacements, rotator cuff injury/repair, etc. This course offers 12 hands-on CEU's that will be completed in a one day intensive live workshop.
