An Acupuncture Protocol for the Restoration of Channel Qi flow after Covid-19 infection
Tracking # 20-996108
Course overview
Long or Post Covid 19 syndrome is now common among clients. Prior to Covid 19, the changes of expression of signs and symptoms in the annual influenza infection cases have been noted to reflect in changes in particular acupuncture Channels. Acupuncture may be used to restore channel Qi flow to the status quo by reducing stasis and correcting 'shunting' between adjacent channels folowing external pathogen attack. A case series suggests that the Large Intestine and Du Channels are commonly disturbed with Covid 19 infection. A video sequence is shown of the Channel Qi assessment and related needling, of two clients with Post Covid syndrome but with some differences in the expression of this through both Stasis and shunting variation.
