Description: Runner's repetitively strain all of the muscles of the lower leg, which not only causes Achilles Tendonitis, but also is the key cause of Plantar Fasciitis. Included is the explanation and treatment for a sprained ankle. This 7-hour session uses osteopathic muscular therapy techniques and covers each muscle of the lower leg in detail with each student having 2 1/2 hours to practice the techniques. All work will be focusing on the treatments for the specific conditions stated, and 1 hour to practice self-treatments for each muscle for your own well-being. Learn to treat the muscles without oil so you can be working at a sporting event, hospital, or any public location.
