CRRN: Managing Complex Medical Conditions
Tracking # 20-998842
Course overview
Managing complex medical conditions is essential for the rehabilitation registered nurse. The nurse must understand the neuroanatomy and physiology of the human body and disorders that stem from the nervous system or brain function. A nurse must be able to describe the brain and spinal cord functions or changes in function to what a patient is experiencing. Additionally, in patient care, employing these principles across the lifespan, from pediatrics to older adults, is crucial to success. This course aims to prepare the Registered Nurse working in the rehabilitation setting to complete the Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Exam (CRRN).
