All of these AIS courses centers on the physiologic principles of muscle lengthening, increased circulation and oxygen to the tissues, and lengthening of the superficial and deep fascial (fascial release). these techniques are used to reduce, prevent, and rehabilitate injuries; improve functional mobility and improve flexibility. you will learn an in depth overview of the body's bio-mechanics and mobility you will learn details and applications of the AIS protocols, ability to link AIS to pathologies and/or conditions commonly addressed by therapist, athletes and the lay person you will learn strengthening protocols which provide a better sense of balance and completion to AIS, which enables the success and maintenance of results; hence, learning an understanding and sense of the body through touch and AIS application
