Course overview
This course refreshes foundational knowledge of human gross anatomy and its application to treatment approaches. Participants will explore the clinical application of musculoskeletal anatomy, integration of muscle actions, nerve function/power, and functional anatomy related to human movement across the lifespan. Anatomical regions covered include the entire spine, pelvis, trunk, upper and lower extremities. This course will allow the attendees to identify and explain the role of human anatomy in any field of rehabilitation, medicine, nursing, and therapies related to injury, examination, diagnosis, and appropriate interventions.
