Course overview

Strong collaboration comes from the interdependent efforts of the team. Recent research across multiple industries emphasizes the importance of not just learning what behaviors are important to collaboration, but also in practicing how to demonstrate these behaviors. It is experiential learning that enables both leaders and employees to work well together, learn from one another, and overcome the psychological barriers that get in the way of doing both.
