Neck pain is a frequent cause of disability that contributes to decreased quality of life and high healthcare utilization. Physical therapists play an important role in the assessment and treatment of acute and chronic neck pain. This course is intended to guide therapy professionals in the evaluation of neck pain including screening for red flags, use of evidence-based tests and measures, and differential diagnosis. Case examples will help you apply what you learn to various real-life clinical scenarios. The goal of this course is to teach physical therapy professionals how to perform an evaluation of patients with neck pain and interpret the results.
