Course overview

The impacts of trauma as viewed through the lens of attachment, with a broad focus on the individual within current, historical, and intergenerational contexts, provides the EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) clinician with a roadmap for recovery. This session will introduce a guide to tuning in and targeting interventions in individual therapy, and an overview of the three-stage therapeutic process that leads women through trauma to recovery - from restriction to growth.
