Course overview

Trainee appraisers work under the direct control and supervision of a supervisory appraiser to gain an understanding of the national Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) while accumulating experience performing appraisals. In this course, you'll learn about the qualifications and responsibilities of both the supervisory appraiser and trainee appraiser role.
