Course overview
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires home health agencies (HHAs) to comply with minimum health and safety requirements. The regulations are known as Conditions of Participation (CoPs). There are three CoPs directly related to the Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) and comprehensive assessment. During this course, you will learn about them and the interventions that help ensure compliance.
