Educational Provider Approved by the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners
You will not be required to submit documentation to register as a provider with CE Broker. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information.
The initial educational provider registration includes the submission of at least one course. The course initially submitted will electronically route to the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners along with your registration as an educational provider. Your organization will need to submit documents with each course submission for approval by the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners. CE Broker does not make any eligibility determinations.
COURSE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (Educational Provider Approved by the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners)
When submitting a course application, it will route directly to the board for approval. Once the course has been approved by the Board you will receive notification. The course will then be listed in the provider account and providers can report course completions.
As per N.D. Admin. Code, Board-approved continuing education course content must relate to: theories and concepts of human behavior and the social environment; social work knowledge and skills; social work research or practice evaluation; social work ethics; or cross disciplinary courses directly relevant to social work practice or specialty.
Licensees are required to earn 2 contact hours in social work ethics per 2-year licensure period.
Required Additional Documents:
An evaluation form that will be used to determine behavioral objectives have been met by the participant
An agenda/schedule/brochure with times listed to verify length
A certificate of completion
CV(s) or resume(s) of speaker(s)/instructor(s)

When registering as a rule approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified registration process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by the National Association of Social Work (NASW).

Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. No documentation is required.
