CE Provider Registration Requirements

Professional Development Provider Status Approved by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision

You will be required to submit documentation to register as a provider with CE Broker. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information.

Your organization will need to submit documents with each course submission for approval as well. Both sets of information will be reviewed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. CE Broker does not make any eligibility determinations.

COURSE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (Professional Development Provider Status Approved by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision)

When submitting a course application for Ethics credit, it will route directly to the board for approval. Once the course has been approved by the Board you will receive notification. The course will then be listed in the provider account and providers can report course completions. Courses for other types of credit will not route for approval.

Educational Provider approved by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET)

When registering as a rule approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified registration process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

Course Application Requirements (Educational Provider approved by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET))

Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. No documentation is required.

CE Provider Registration Requirements

Educational Provider approved by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) and any accrediting subsidiary

When registering as a rule approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified registration process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) and any accrediting subsidiary.

Course Application Requirements (Educational Provider approved by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) and any accrediting subsidiary)

Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. No documentation is required.

Educational Provider approved by any agency or board responsible for licensing individuals to practice physical therapy

When registering as a rule approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified registration process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by any agency or board responsible for licensing individuals to practice physical therapy in the US or Canada.

Course Application Requirements (Educational Provider approved by any agency or board responsible for licensing individuals to practice physical therapy)

Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. No documentation is required.

CE Provider Registration Requirements

Educational Provider approved by the APTA or one of its affiliate components

When registering as a rule approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified registration process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by the APTA or one of its affiliate components.

Course Application Requirements (Educational Provider approved by the APTA or one of its affiliate components)

Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. Please attach supporting document showing the course is previously approved Exception is Ethics courses, all Ethics courses will route to the board for approval. Please see section 435:20-9-3. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by an agency recognized by either the U.S. Department of Education or the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation.

Course Application Requirements (Physical therapist and physical therapist assistant programs approved by an agency recognized by either the U.S. Department of Education or the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation)

Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. No documentation is required.
