Real Estate Continuing Education Provider Approved by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission
When registering as a Commission approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified application process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. All providers must register with the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office. This includes providers who have ARELLO accreditation. Please be prepared to attach:
- Attendance monitoring policy and verification form
- Method of record maintenance
- Refund policy
- Certificate from WV Secretary of State's Office
CE Course Application Requirements
When submitting a course application, please be prepared to upload:
- All course materials - textbooks, pamphlets, handouts, videos, electronic presentations, etc.
- Course description, learning objectives, and timed course outline.
- Final exam and answer key
- Course/Instructor Evaluation Forms
- Proposed Advertisement/Registration
- ARELLO certification (for asynchronous courses)
Courses will route directly to the Commission for approval. Once the course has been approved by the Commission you will receive a notification. The course will then be listed as active in the provider account.
CE Instructor Application Requirements
When adding an instructor to CE Broker, you will do so within the provider account during the course application process. For more information on requirements and payment, please see

Please be prepared to upload:
- CDEI certification
- Upload a certificate of completion for an IDW course if completed outside of West Virginia.
- Resume
You will attach these documents in step 8 of the application.
Payments for Instructors will be sent directly to the Commission Real Estate Salesperson and Broker Pre-License Provider Approved by the West Virginia Real Estate Commission
When registering as a Commission-approved Pre-license Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified application process. You will be asked to submit a pre-license provider profile and primary contact information. All providers must register with the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office. Please be prepared to attach:
- Attendance monitoring policy and verification form
- Method of record maintenance
- Refund policy
- Permit from the West Virginia Council for Community and Technical Colleges (private and proprietary schools only)
- Certificate from WV Secretary of State's Office
Pre-license Course Application RequirementsWhen submitting a course application, please be prepared to upload:

When registering as a rule approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified registration process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by The West Virginia State Bar.
Course Application Requirements
Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. No documentation is required.
Educational provider with courses approved by The Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board
When registering as a rule approved CE Provider, CE Broker will lead you through a simplified registration process. You will be asked to submit a CE provider profile and primary contact information. You will also be required to submit proof of accreditation/approval by The Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.
Course Application Requirements
Courses do not route directly to the board for approval, therefore, you will only be registering your course in CE Broker. No documentation is required.
